According to the Jacksonville Daily Record, Dutch Bros Coffee has signed a lease at Shops at Race Track Rd in St. Johns County. It will be the Oregon-based coffee chain’s eighth identified location in Northeast Florida.

Specializing in caffeinated beverages, Dutch Bros offers a wide variety of coffee options such as cold brew, chai, hot coffees, and energy drinks. Dutch Bros also offers teas, lemonades, smoothies, and the brand’s signature dutch sodas, along with muffin tops and granola bars as snacks.

JDR reports that the Shops at Race Track Rd broke ground in early August. The center sits on 7 acres at 4560 Race Track Road in Saint Johns, about 3 miles west of Interstate 95.

The shopping center is 70% pre-leased, Atlantic Retail Senior Broker Scott Giles said. An unnamed 20,000-square-foot regional ethnic grocery store is negotiating to be the center’s anchor.

No opening date has been set.
