The independent charcuterie and catering establishment Floating Food Company will soon have a brick and mortar location, according to recent public records. The establishment will be found at 215 W King St in St. Augustine, within building 3.

Known for its beautiful and varied charcuterie boxes, Floating Food Co. also serves up fruit spreads and sandwich platters and even dessert and brunch boards.

“Here at Floating Food Co, we strive to serve the boater, beach-goer, or anyone ready for a day of adventure! Our gourmet boxes are perfect to bring to a picnic, or share with your friends on a boat cruise or fishing adventure. Order a box, bring with you on your favorite adventure and enjoy!” the official website states.

“We are committed to being a “green” business and reducing our waste wherever possible. From using real wood boards and plant starch cups & utensils to specifying recycled paper stock for our box containers, we’ve incorporated green practices as a way of doing business.”

What Now Jax reached out to owner Jessica Jadick, but was not able to receive comment.
