Starting next Friday, Anastasia Island diners can enjoy a menu inspired by classic coastal seafood shacks. Jefe’s Fish Wagon will serve its offerings at Hornski’s Brewing Co. (100 Anastasia Blvd, St. Augustine, FL 32080), south of the Bridge of Lions.

The McNallys drew inspiration from trips to South Carolina’s Lowcountry and the coastal beaches of Puerto Rico, where they frequented laid-back seafood spots. These experiences drove them towards fish camps, beach kiosks, and seafood shacks that serve fresh seafood.
