According to recent reporting in JDR, Foxtail Coffee Co. has a signed lease at the Shoppes of Palm Valley in Ponte Vedra Beach. The 1,200-square-foot space will be found at 3777 Palm Valley Road, Unit 201.
Defining their mission statement on the company website, Alex Tchekmeian and co-founder Iain Yeakle state “Alex and Iain launched Foxtail on simple and basic principles – to roast great coffee that guests can enjoy in an inviting and comfortable environment. Believing coffee should be purposeful, celebrated, and enjoyed, they built a company that approaches producing coffee as a craft and serving coffee as a celebration.”
Readers unfamiliar with the rapidly expanding brand can expect a classic selection of espresso-based drinks, batch brew, tea, and the brand’s “world famous cold brew.”
No opening date has yet been set.
