According to recent public records, a new Honduran eatery is coming to Jacksonville at 2738 Rogero Road. El Sabor de Los Paises will specialize in pollo con tajada and tacos, owner Denia Erazo Peraza tells What Now Jax.
“It will be a food truck,” says Erazo Peraza. “We will serve Honduran food such as pollo con tajada, tacos and more.”
The venture will be Erazo Peraza’s first. When asked why she decided to take on this new project, she exudes entrepreneurial spirit.
“I like to take on new ventures,” she says. “And it was recommended to me.”
While there is no firm opening date, Erazo Peraza hopes to open in the coming month.
