Jersey Mike’s received an Aug. 26 permit to build out a store at 120 Palencia Village Dr. in St. Augustine.
This will be just the fourth Jersey Mike’s fast casual sandwich shop in the St. Augustine area when complete.
Founded in 1956 and boasting 2310 locations, the national brand is notable for its range of sandwich options, such as hot subs that can be topped with steak, chicken, and grilled mushrooms and cold subs that can be topped with turkey, ham, prosciutto, and a variety of cheeses.
Jersey Mike’s also features the enormous Giant Sub which can feed up to four people.
No exact opening date has been set for this latest Jersey Mike’s spot.
