Mr. Jaybee’s Wings, an award-winning food truck in the Palatka area, is preparing to launch a new food truck in Northeast Florida.

The company was recently approved for a new vehicle by the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation. There is no word as to when this new food truck will officially open, but the company started the year promising on social media to have a big 2024 and will be going to various cities around Northeast Florida. When the new food truck is launched, customers can expect some of the best wings one can find, available in dozens of different flavors.

Some flavors offered at Mr. Jaybee’s Wings include honey mustard, garlic parmesan, Jamaican jerk, bourbon, Nashville Hot, chili-lime pepper, and much more. All flavors can be made spicier upon request. In addition to having countless wing options, available between a 6-piece and a 50-piece, the company also offers chicken and seafood options, such as loaded seafood fries with shrimp. Mr. Jay Bee’s specials include two tenders and fries, a sweet BBQ chicken sandwich, a chicken tender salad, and more.

Mr. Jaybee’s has made a name for itself through its original food truck and its spin-off, Mr. Jaybee’s Crab Boil. The popular food truck has become a staple in the Palatka community, receiving Palatka Daily News’ annual ‘Best Wings in Town’ every year since 2022. The best part of this food truck’s offerings is likely the big meal deal for $30, which comes with 20 wings and two small chicken-loaded fries. A super meal deal will cost $65 and comes with 50 wings and four small chicken-loaded fries.
