A brand new food option called Yucatan Cantina is coming to the general concession area of EverBank Stadium, located at 1 TIAA Bank Field Dr.

Denver-based Flagship Food Group recently announced they will be bringing this new concept to the Jackson Jaguars stadium, formerly named TIAA Bank Field, according to a press release. Yucatan Cantina will be operated by EverBank Stadium food service partner Delaware North in the north end zone near section 125. Customers can expect plenty of Mexican classics, such as tacos and nachos. The restaurant will use select ingredients, such as 505 Southwestern’s roasted green chile and Yucatan hand-scooped guacamole.

“Mexican food is a popular request among our fans, and we’re thrilled to be partnering with Flagship Food Group to bring the ‘Yucatan Cantina’ to EverBank Stadium,” Scott Massey, the Jaguars’ senior vice president of corporate partnerships, said in the press release. “We know fans are going to love this upgrade to our concessions offering.”

Flagship Food Group has partnered with Jacksonville’s Wingard Creative to develop this concept, with plans to expand nationally. The group takes pride in building the country’s leading Hispanic and Southwestern food company, having brands such as Casa Del Sol, Mama Lupe’s, and La Tortilla Factory in their portfolio. La Tortilla Factory is one of the nation’s largest tortilla brands that is focused on health and wellness, while Yucatan Guacamole is one of the largest prepared guacamole brands in the USA and Canada. The new Yucatan Cantina will open for the 2023 season, which kicks off on September 7.

“We’re dedicated to infusing our EverBank Stadium hospitality program with authentic flavors and products,” Marcus Snead, Delaware North’s general manager at EverBank Stadium, said in a press release.
