According to recent reporting, Olive My Pickle will soon open a new location

The establishment, founded by Charlotte and Shai Tzabari, will open a 50,000-square-foot headquarters on Phillips Highway Aug. 15.

The new facility will “house expanded production, fulfillment and corporate offices, giving the company the capacity to scale both its e-commerce and wholesale businesses. It also frees up space for The Pickle Factory, its retail storefront, to expand its offerings,” the Business Journal reports.

“There’s a growing demand for healthier living, for gut health and for whole foods as well as for delivery to the front door,” Charlotte said.

The popular brand Olive My Pickle offers more than 40 fermented, non-GMO, gluten-free, vegan and certified kosher products including pickles, olives, sauerkraut, kimchi, hot sauce and saltwater fermented pickle juice.

“People work for Olive My Pickle because they like the culture and they like the environment,” Shai said, commenting on the brand’s culture.

“As somebody who’s on the staff here, I can honestly say owners care about everyone because they really built this from the ground up,” Stephanie Leahy, director of accounting and human resources told the Business Journal. “They’re still very close to it, and the staff sees that they’re a part of it, elbow to elbow in there with them.”
