According to recent public records, it appears a corporate-run Panera Cafe will soon be opening at 9485 Baymeadows Road.
JDR reports that the Panera Bread has cost around $1.25 million for its new 3,831-square-foot cafe which will feature a patio and drive-thru in addition to interior dining.
“We believe in serving delicious, freshly prepared, Clean food made with carefully selected ingredients that we are proud to serve our own families. Our menu, crafted by chefs and bakers, features classic, comforting dishes, each with an intriguing twist,” the official website states.
Panera’s widely diverse menu offers salads, soups, sandwiches, pizza, breakfast dishes, and warm bowls. Perhaps what sets the brand apart in the US fast casual dining landscape is its range of baked goods — bagels, cookies, pastries, muffins, scones, and breads can all be found at the chain’s nationwide locations.
Readers familiar with the central Florida food & beverage industry may be heartened to know that Ricky Warman, a prominent franchisee of national brands such as Papa John’s and Twin Peaks, will be running the show at NSB’s Panera Bread.
No opening date has been set.
