Popular Gainesville deli Paper Bag appears to be planning a third location, according to recent public records. A recent plan review lists an upcoming locattion at 209 NW 75th St.

“We only serve premium Boar’s Head meats! We’re good at getting you quality food, fast. You can grab something cold from the fridge, or order hot food from the counter,” the website states, underscoring its commitment to top-notch quality sandwiches.

Unfamiliar readers can expect to find creative and delicious sandwiches such as the Tre Way Jay (“burned pork ends, maple honey ham, thick-cut pork belly, sweet and spicy bourbon glaze, American cheese, pickled Vidal onions, served on Italian hoagie”) and the Jean-Claude Vane Damnnnnnn (“Spicy spin kick chicken breast, apple wood smoked bacon, Haas avocado spread, with a chipotle habanero sauce, Havarti cheese, tortilla wrap”).

The new location would be the brand’s third.

No opening date has been announced.
