According to recent reporting in Jacksonville Daily Record, Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers has become the second retailer planned for outparcels at a Regency Square Mall.
JDR reports that city utility JEA is reviewing a service availability determination request filed Jan. 29 for a 2,786-square-foot, 75-seat Raising Cane’s on 1.34 acres. Dated Oct. 2, 2024, the plan indicates a double drive-thru.“
“We are taking over a small portion of an existing mall parcel located at the address noted in this request,” the application said.
The official address is 9501 Arlington Expressway, which local readers may recognize as Regency Square.
No opening date has been announced.
