According to recent public records, a new coffee shop is coming to Gainesville.
Resident Coffee, known until soon as a roastery, will soon come to 4401 NW 25TH PL.
“Big news! Our new location is officially 4401 NW 25th Place. You’ll find us in the Le Pavillon building, in the NW side of town—and we couldn’t be more excited,” a recent Insta post stated.
“To help us cross the finish line, we’ve launched a campaign on Indiegogo. We’re already 10% of the way to our goal!”

Founded by Gabriel Chavez and Noe Lopez in 2020, Resident Coffee is a coffee roaster in Gainesville, FL “focused on telling the stories of incredible coffee and the remarkable people involved along the way.”
