Currently located at 9501 Arlington Expy #29, Jacksonville-born event venue Rhythm Factory is preparing to relocate to a new home.
This week, What Now examined plan review documents submitted by I Love Music Tour Inc. for the new Rhythm Factory at 8206 Philips Hwy, Unit 22, placing it on the southwest corner of the intersection with Baymeadows Road.
What Now confirmed news of the move, and of the closing of Rhythm Factory’s current location, with representatives on Wednesday. Additional information was not provided by deadline, but What Now is waiting for an update on the new location, so stay tuned.

Opening in the Philips Highway location, Rhythm Factory will join a food and entertainment community that includes Coffee HouseCafe, Maa Kitchen, Zero Latency VR JAX, and Legends Billiards.
