According to recent public records, a growing chain is coming to Yulee
Georgia-based Southern Roost is planning its first Florida location. The budding franchise will be bringing its popular boneless chicken meals and breakfast menu to Nassau County at 87 Wildworks Avenue.
“Indulge in our Southern-style menu featuring breakfast, lunch, and dinner options prepared with care, including our signature hand-breaded chicken, flavorful seasoned wedges, house-crafted sides, hand-spun milkshakes, and refreshing fresh-squeezed orangeade,” the official website states.
“The best part? It’s all crafted with that timeless Southern love that’s been a part of our heritage for generations. Come on over and treat yourself to our mouthwatering breakfast and chicken fixin’s – y’all won’t be disappointed!”
According to the Yulee News, site plans reveal “a 4,942-square-foot restaurant featuring: A dual drive-thru for fast and convenient service; 51 parking spaces to accommodate dine-in and takeout customers; A Southern-inspired menu featuring a variety of boneless chicken meals, specialty sandwiches, and breakfast favorites.”
The restaurant will be run by the Concept 99 Group, a Waycross-based management company and franchiser that oversees Jerry J’s, a Southern-style diner with four locations, and Hog-N-Bones, a barbecue chain with six locations.
“Our lunch and dinner hours will accommodate everyone, from Little League practices to business luncheons and more,” the company states on its website.
