Tampa Group Takes on Fire-Damaged Hardee’s

Running the store will be Phase Three Brands of Tampa.

According to recent reporting in JDR, a Tampa-based franchisee group is taking on a big remodel.

The report states that a $1 million site-work project is under review for remodeling Hardee’s at 9111 Merrill Road in Arlington which has been closed due to fire damage. The damage occurred during a roof replacement in summer 2024, according to the JDR.

“For over 60 years, Hardee’s has brought communities together with quality, delicious food,” the official website states.

“With more than 1,800 restaurants across the U.S., and locations in 13 countries, we are committed to the best tasting food to better serve our guests–From Made From Scratch™ Biscuits and Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders™.”

Running the store will be Phase Three Brands of Tampa.
