According to recent reporting in JBJ, V Pizza is continuing to significantly grow in the area.

“V Pizza recently has made subtle changes to its current product and, in February, will begin a very slow rollout of its new 14 Prime steakhouse at 7510 Gate Parkway, about half a mile north of Ikea,” the journal reports.

“We want to continue to make sure that the product we make is the best they can be,” CEO Antonette Palacios told the Business Journal. “And I don’t think we’ll ever stop listening to guests to try to get better every day.”

“14 prime has been years in the making. We’re going to be open for at least a month before we open to the general public,” Palacios said.

“To me, this is like casting for a Broadway show. We’re going to make sure that we have as many rehearsals as we need before we pull the curtains back,” Palacios said.

Chef Chad Shaner helped to design the menu of the “boutique steakhouse.”

“Every inch of this restaurant is chef-driven, which I think is going to separate us from the normal steakhouse experience,” Palacios said.

Small changes toward a better product

V Pizza also just rolled out several small changes to improve its traditional Neapolitan pizza.

“We take every single guest comment, we read it, and we take action on it,” Palacios said. “We listen to the feedback because people want to express their genuine opinion, and we want to keep getting better.”
