Voodoo Brewery, the franchised brewery found throughout the country, is getting ready to open a new location in Jacksonville at 1974 San Marco Blvd.

The company announced late last year that new franchise owners Chris and Lacole Rudin are opening up one of our newest locations in Ponte Vedra. Now, Locke Rudin Enterprises, LLC, also run by Ryan Locke, is getting closer to opening after submitting a recent plan review application for a location across from Balls Park. The exact opening date has yet to be determined. Chris graduated with a degree in Hospitality Management and has worked in the hospitality industry for most of his life.

When this location opens, customers can expect award-winning craft beers from Voodoo Brewing Co., including White Magick of the Sun and Thunder Lizard IPA. The company also offers delicious entrees, such as a juicy burger, crispy chicken wings, savory mac and cheese, and more. Since its founding in 2005 in Meadville, PA, Voodoo Brewing Co. has expanded to multiple taprooms across the country, including Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Nevada.

“Being in corporate America becomes more or less a rat race daily,” Chris said during the announcement. “I wanted to be able to take the knowledge and skills I’ve developed for 15+ years in the corporate world and put them into something that I can call my own, with the added experience and collaboration with Voodoo Brewing Co. only making it more of a perfect match.”
