Waffle House Planned for Deerwood Lake Parkway

The city is reviewing permits Waffle House plans to build a 34-seat, 1,840-square-foot restaurant on 1.06 acres.

According to recent records, Waffle House will soon be opening a Jacksonville location a 4319 Deerwood Lake Parkway.

The classic brand is known for its quintessential American breakfast offerings such as waffles, pancakes, and other large breakfast platters.

Jax Daily Record reports that at a combined estimated project cost of $876,000 – and almost $1.5 million counting the land purchase.

The city is reviewing permits Waffle House plans to build a 34-seat, 1,840-square-foot restaurant on 1.06 acres. The utility plan reportedly shows a proposed 34-seat, roughly 1,842-square-foot Waffle House with 32 parking spaces.

No opening date has been announced.
