International Bakery chain 85°C Bakery Cafe is bringing its specialty bread, cakes, coffee, and tea to a new location in Henderson. Located at 673 N Stephanie St., the new location soft opened back in December and is launching its Grand Opening weekend tomorrow, January 12. The Grand Opening will continue through January 14.
“Families or just about anyone who enjoys sweet treats and drinks will relish coming by for affordable pastries and desserts,” says a press release from December. “With a European twist on Taiwanese desserts, everyone can find something they like, ranging from ultra-soft and fluffy brioche breads to our signature sweet and salty sea salt cream coffee.”
The Henderson location is opening in the Whitney Ranch Shopping Center at the intersection of Stephanie Street and Sunset Road, where it will join food and beverage concepts like L&L Hawaiian Barbecue, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and Applebee’s Grill & Bar.
85°C Bakery Cafe appears to have more locations coming to the valley as well. Building permit paperwork was submitted recently showing a new 85°C Bakery Cafe planned for 7625 Rainbow Blvd., in a space previously occupied by a preschool.
