The Grand Bazaar Shops will be the future home of Bourbon St. Parade Restaurant & Bar. The new restaurant will open in the space below Giordano’s Pizza, a space formerly occupied by a Starbucks but which has sat empty for several years, according to coverage by VegasChanges.com released earlier this year.
What Now recently found licensing paperwork submitted by Second Line Vegas, LLC, showing the new concept opening at the Grand Bazaar Shops’ address, 3635 S Las Vegas Blvd.
Behind Second Line Vegas, LLC is Dallas-based restaurateur Jason Boso. Boso’s company, Brain Storm Shelter Restaurants, has been behind concepts like Twisted Root Burger Company; Truck Yard, a “dive-ish bar garden with a huge backyard, live music, food trucks, and booze where everyone’s invited, especially your dog” with four locations; and more.
No opening date has been announced for Bourbon St. Parade. What Now reached out on Friday to Jason Boso to inquire about the upcoming new restaurant. Boso was not immediately available for comment.
