Located at the intersection of Paradise Road and Corporate Drive, shopping center The Collective will welcome a new restaurant concept into its culinary community this year. Batch Hospitality has moved into the design phase of its upcoming Bramare restaurant at The Collective, according to recent coverage in the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

Details are still scarce about the concept, but the Review-Journal describes Bramare as “hip, with cool cocktails and wines, open till 3 a.m.” It’s expected before the end of the year.

Batch Hospitality is helmed by owners Evan Glusman and Constantin Alexander. Known for Piero’s Italian Cuisine, Glusman “brings over 17 years of passion to food, beverage, and hospitality as a partner and consultant to several bar and restaurant projects.” Constantin Alexander has fifteen years of experience in the hospitality industry and “is leading the charge of Batch Hospitality’s operational proficiency.”

What Now reached out to Constantin Alexander on Tuesday. Alexander was not immediately available for comment.
