Serving up tamales, croquetas, sandwiches, pizzas, and more, Cuban restaurant Carlito’s Cuban Food is currently located at 2680 S Maryland Parkway. And now the brand appears to be expanding: Carlito’s Cuban Food & Cafeteria LLC has submitted licensing paperwork to the City of Las Vegas showing an opening in the works at 2261 S Rainbow Boulevard, in Vegas’ Rainbow Park neighborhood.
The Carlito’s menu includes Completas like Salmon, Pollo Asado, Lomo de Puerco, and more. There are sandwiches like the Cubano, the Pan Con Chorizo, and the Pan Con Ropa Vieja, plus with sweets like Flan, Pudin de Coco, Arroz Con Leche, and much more.
What Now reached out on Wednesday to owner Carlos Rodriguez to ask about plans for an opening on Rainbow Boulevard. Rodriguez was not immediately available for comment.
It is therefore not yet known which items from the current menu would be expected at a new Carlito’s Cuban Food location.
