Not far east of the intersection between Sunset Road and South Pecos Road, a new permanent food truck is preparing to start serving frozen desserts. Easy’s Flavored Snow will open soon in the lot at 3587 Sunset Road.
What Now confirmed news of the opening with owner Thomas Purcell earlier this week. Purcell says there are big plans for the spot, which has now been set up with a large ice cream-shaped structure. These include growing the Easy’s menu and launching other concepts.
For the moment, Easy’s will offer a simple selection of frozen treats like snowcones and ice cream. Purcell said there are plans to expand this selection in the future, starting with a selection of coffee drinks.
Opening on Sunset between South Pecos Road and South Sandhill Road, Easy’s Flavored Snow will be part of a community of food and drink spots along that stretch of Sunset. These include El Panzon Tacos & Birria, PT’s Pub, Carl’s Jr, and Parsley Modern Mediterranean.
