Valley View Blvd South will soon be home to Generations Kitchen, a restaurant serving Hawaiian food.

Generations Kitchen has gained a loyal following as a food truck serving favorites like its Ahi Katsu Salad, Hawaiian Poke, and Hurricane Fries, along with a selection of breakfast plates like Portuguese Sausage, Spam, Loco Moco, and Corned Beef Hash. It has regularly served its fare at Allegiant Stadium.

What Now Las Vegas was able to reach owner David Horswill on Wednesday morning, but Horswill declined to comment at this time.

Generations Kitchen’s page on thefoodygram.com makes mention of a restaurant location but does not yet provide its address. The company recently filed licensing paperwork for 6280 S Valley View Blvd, Suite 100.

The Valley View Blvd location is part of Valley View Business Center, a business park in the Paradise area. At present, Suite 100 is occupied by Fork & Burger, a breakfast and lunch café open from 7 am to 2:30 p.m.
