With almost 20 stores in the Las Vegas Valley, popular West Coast burger chain In-N-Out Burger is placing its bets on another new Vegas location, its second on the Las Vegas Strip.

According to coverage published by the Las Vegas Review-Journal, In-N-Out will be joining The BLVD, the upcoming “400,000-square-foot mixed-use development project with aims to include retail, entertainment and dining located at 3755 S Las Vegas Blvd.”

The In-N-Out space will be located on The BLVD’s third floor, comprising just over 8,000 square feet of space inside, plus another 2,500 square feet of patio seating.

The burger chain, which is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year, is a major fast-food force on the West Coast, with nearly 400 locations.

“In-N-Out celebrates three quarters of a century with 394 restaurants open throughout California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Texas, Oregon and Colorado,” says the brand’s website. “In its 75th year, the In-N-Out Burger family reaches over 38,000 dedicated Associates. The family-owned company carries the founding philosophy forward with a rigorous commitment to quality and freshness.”

The new location has not yet begun construction, the RJ coverage says, but it can be expected to open about 9 months after work begins.
