Mountain’s Edge Marketplace, the retail center located on the southwest corner of Blue Diamond Road and South Buffalo Drive, looks to be getting an infusion of happiness. Licensing paperwork submitted to Clark County shows a new restaurant project called Joyful Brew opening at in the plaza, at 7995 Blue Diamond Road #252.
What Now reached out to owner Cheri Torres to ask about plans for Joyful Brew—specifically, about its projected opening timeline and the details on its menu offerings. Torres was not immediately available for comment.
That leaves us guessing about exactly what would be on offer at Joyful Brew. What are the brews in question? We’re expecting either coffee or beer (or, one can dream, both).
Opening at Mountain’s Edge Marketplace next to Albertson’s, Joyful Brew would join a food and beverage community that includes restaurants like Meráki Greek Grill, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Planet Smoothie, and Nekter Juice Bar.
