Local beer brewer Las Vegas Brewing Company looks to be preparing to expand with a new taproom in the Arts District. The brewer, which has its home at 3101 North Tenaya Way, recently submitted paperwork to the Las Vegas Planning Commission that shows plans for a new taproom in the building at 1226 S 3rd Street.
“LV Brewing will not only contribute to the vibrant arts and cultural scene of the district but also provide a unique gathering place for residents and tourists alike,” reads a justification letter submitted with the paperwork. “As a taproom, we will focus on showcasing locally brewed craft beers and artisanal beverages, complemented by a food menu featuring locally sourced ingredients.”
The menu at LV Brewing’s current location includes starters like Pubcuterie and Beer Cheese Fondue, sandwiches like the Perfect Burger and the Pulled Pork Sammie, and Main Courses like Grilled Harissa Chicken (Harissa yogurt marinated chicken leg quarter, olive oil couscous, apricot relish, cilantro, lime) and the House Cured New York Strip.
What Now reached out on Thursday to Las Vegas Brewing Company founder Kyle Dolder to inquire about plans for the new location. Dolder was not immediately available for comment.
