Launched in Las Vegas in 2020, Macaron Warehouse is a macaron bakery brand offering a delicious take on the French confection.
“We are committed to providing a delicious, professionally branded product for our customers to enjoy,” says the brand’s website. “French Macarons are light, often brightly colored sandwich cookie consisting of two rounded disks made from egg whites, sugar, and almond flour with a sweet middle filling such as ganache, buttercream, or jam.”
Macaron Warehouse had its original home at 1370 W Cheyenne Ave. in North Las Vegas. That location has since closed. Now, the brand appears to be opening a new storefront. Licensing paperwork submitted to Clark County by EAS NV LLC shows a Macaron Warehouse in the works at 870 Sierra Vista Dr., Suite 4.
Behind EAS NV LLC is Macaron Warehouse owner Emily Santome. What Now reached out to Santome on Monday to inquire about plans for a new Macaron Warehouse location. Santome was not immediately available for comment.
