With locations in U.S. cities New York City, Chicago, and Miami, plus Singapore, the Museum of Ice Cream is preparing to bring the ultimate immersive ice cream experience to Las Vegas.
Already listed as “Coming Soon!” on the MOIC’s website, the Area15 Museum of Ice Cream will open in 2026 at Area15, in a space three times the size of its other locations, clocking in at a whopping 30,000 square feet, according to coverage by the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
“Our Las Vegas flagship represents the pinnacle of our journey — blending design, hospitality and participation in ways that balance family-friendly experiences by day and create a global nightlife destination by night,” Co-founder and CEO Maryellis Bunn said in a press release cited in the RJ coverage.
The Museum of Ice Cream features “Unlimited Ice Cream,” 14+ interactive playscapes and immersive experiences like the Sprinkle Pool, and exclusive desserts like the Ice Cream Hot Dog.
What Now reached out to Maryellis Bunn on Tuesday to inquire about the details of Vegas’s MOIC. When exactly is the opening? Which attractions do we know for sure are making their way to Vegas for other locations? What will be new? It all remains to be seen.
