A new restaurant from José Andrés Group appears to be headed to the Shops at Crystals. Licensing paperwork was submitted to Clark County by Patatas Vegas LLC to open a restaurant at the luxury retail center’s address, 3720 Las Vegas Blvd South.
A recent post on Inside-Las-Vegas.com shows photos of José Andrés Group signage inside the Shops, and suggests that the new restaurant from Bazaar Holdings (which is behind Patatas Vegas LLC) may be a tapas bar.
What Now reached out on Thursday to José Andrés Group Director of New Restaurant Openings Catherine Yoo to inquire about the restaurant. Yoo declined to comment on the project.
Opening at the Shops at Crystals Patatas Vegas would join a food and beverage roster that includes upscale restaurants like Mastro’s Ocean Club and Toca Madera.
