A new Thai restaurant appears to be joining the retail and dining community at the intersection of North Rampart Boulevard and West Lake Mead Boulevard in Summerlin.

Licensing paperwork submitted to the city of Las Vegas by Twin Elephants LLC indicates a restaurant called “Baan Baan” is opening at 2267 N Rampart Blvd. For the moment, a search on Google Maps labels the location simply as “Twin Elephants LLC.”

What Now reached out on Tuesday to Twin Elephants LLC co-owner Pornthipha Malsukum to inquire about plans for the new restaurant. Malsukum declined to make an immediate comment on the project, but What Now is awaiting more information.

It is not yet confirmed whether the restaurant’s name would be Baan Baan or Twin Elephants.

The space is currently occupied by Thai Style Noodle House 3, a longstanding Vegas Thai restaurant brand.

Opening there, Baan Baan/Twin Elephants would join Life’s A Bagel and German Bread Bakery. According to Google Maps, it will even have a drive-through!
