Time flies! Just before Christmas 2023, What Now reported on Miracle Eats, a new food hall—or “food collective”—opening at the Miracle Mile Shops.

“To complement Miracle Mile Shops’ recent renovations, we are thrilled to introduce a brand-new selection of unique and popular restaurants to the heart of the Las Vegas Strip,”  Robert Buchanan, vice president and general manager of Miracle Mile Shops, said in a press release at the time.

Since then, a handful of restaurants opening at Miracle Eats have been revealed, including beloved LV plant-based taco chain TacotarianFat Sal’s, and Irv’s Burgers. In a November 15, 2024 press release, Miracle Mile said restaurants are expected to start launching this winter. In the meantime…

Another exciting concept opening at Miracle Eats is Carnegie Pizza. Born on October 21, 2020 in Times Square, this Manhattan favorite has soaked up the tourist traffic, offering wildly popular pizza slices and pies like Spicy Pepperoni, Vodka, and Fresh Mozzarella Margherita.

Now, for its second location, Carnegie Pizza is crossing the continent to open on the Las Vegas Strip.

“Really, Times Square and the Las Vegas Strip are the two iconic tourist destinations in this country,” Steve Roogow, who owns the restaurant together with Jon Kaplan, told What Now on Thursday. “That’s attractive to us.”

Opening in Miracle Eats, Carnegie Pizza plans to serve the very same menu currently available to fans at the Times Square location.

“We’re classic New York-style pizza,” Roogow said. “We are very highly reviewed on both Google and Yelp because we use high quality ingredients, and we’re going to use the exact same recipes here in Vegas as we do in New York. We’ve provided a quality product unique to New York City that we feel we can replicate very well [at Miracle Eats].”

Roogow said the opening timeline is still uncertain, so we’ll have to keep an eye for any news on the Miracle Eats front.
