The intersection of South Jones Boulevard and West Warm Springs Road is the future home of Garden Grove, California’s critically acclaimed coffee shop Phin Smith. The coffee brand’s second outpost (a third is also on the way in its home state), will open at 7208 Jones Boulevard.

Phin Smith Las Vegas is currently under construction and no opening date has been determined yet, a representative told What Now on Tuesday, but when it opens, Las Vegas guests will be able to expect the same slate of coffee offerings served up in Garden Grove.

Asked what brought Phin Smith to Las Vegas for its second outpost, the representative answered succinctly: “Everything’s going to Vegas.”

The coffee brand’s menu features “Phin Drips” like Taiwanese Sea Salt Coffee and Cold Brew. “Hand Drips” include Ca Phe Sua Da (Vietnamese iced coffee) and Le’Americaine (Phin dripped version of an iced Americano). Then come “Blended Sips” like the iced and blended Coconut Coffee, Dutch Mocha, and Javacado. There are also “Specialty Drips” like the Charcoal Late, the Banana Coffee, and the PB&C (Coffee but with peanut butter).
