The Boulevard Mall will soon be home to two new brands in one location. Gourmet popcorn brand Pop-a-licious will open alongside fudge brand Fudgetopia to create the perfect snack stop for shoppers visiting Boulevard Mall’s 140 stores.

Owner Matthew Wolberd confirmed the news in an email conversation with What Now Las Vegas on Saturday.

“At the Boulevard Mall location,” Wolberd said, “we will showcase 10-15 flavors of both popcorn and fudge.”

These popcorn flavors will include adventurous choices like Puppy Chow, Strawberries and Cream, White Chocolate Churro, Truffle, and Lemon Pound Cake. Fudge flavors like Coconut Crème, Rocky Road, S’mores, Caramel Apple, Fluffernutter, and Butter Beer will also be showcased.

“And many, many more,” Wolberd added: each brand boasts more than 100 varieties of its respective goodies.

Located at 3528 Maryland Pkwy, the Boulevard Mall occupies a 75 acre plot of land, with a 1,180,000 sq. ft. of leasable space. It is anchored by Goodwill and 99 Ranch Market and is home to a number of dining locations, including Primal Steakhouse, Viva Café, and P-Dub’s BBQ.

The Boulevard Mall Pop-A-Licious/Fudgetopia location is expected to open later in Q1 this year.
