Known for handful popular restaurant concepts, Refined Restaurant Group has made a name for itself in its Las Vegas home. It’s the force behind Café Lola, which has reached a total of five locations in the valley; Saint Honoré Doughnuts & Beignets, which has locations in Summerlin and the southwest area; the virtual concept Pizza Anonymous; and chicken concept 3 Little Chicks.
Now Refined Restaurant Group appears to be behind another new project in the Rhodes Ranch area in Spring Valley. Licensing paperwork was submitted by Mezzo Pazzo LLC for a restaurant called Sorellina, opening at 9742 W Maule Ave, Suite 104-105. Behind Mezzo Pazzo LLC are Alexandra Lourdes and Lin Jerome of Refined Group.
What Now reached out to Alexandra Lourdes on Friday to inquire about plans for Sorellina. Lourdes was not immediately available for comment.
It’s therefore not yet known whether Sorellina has any connection to an East Coast restaurant by the same name. That Sorellina is a restaurant offering “sophisticated modern takes on Italian-Mediterranean cuisine amid warm, contemporary décor,” at 1 Huntington Avenue in Boston.
For the moment we’ll have to wait and see. Judging by the name, however, it’s a safe bet that, whether there exists any connection with the Boston restaurant, Italian food is order.
