News broke last October that healthy fast food chain Salad & Go was planning a Las Vegas location. Plans submitted to Clark County then described a one-story metal-frame building with a drive thru to be constructed from the ground up. One detail was missing: where?

Paperwork recently submitted to the Las Vegas Planning Commission shows plans for a Salad & Go location to be constructed on an empty 32,197 sq.-ft. lot in a commercial center called Caroline’s Court on the western corner of the intersection between N El Capitan Way and N Durango Dr. The planned drive-thru location will be 1,234 sq. ft. and will forgo interior dining space in favor of its drive thru.

Salad and Go’s Arizona locations offer nine different salads, including Cobb, Caprese, Greek, Buffalo Chicken, and Jalapeño Ranch. These same flavor options can also be ordered as wraps. The menu also offers a variety of breakfast burritos, including Traditional, Fiesta, and Southwest, and a kid’s-size salad and Protein Box.

Further details about the location are unavailable at this time. What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach a representative on Thursday for immediate comment. No opening date has been announced.
