Between The Strat and East Sahara Avenue, a new taco restaurant is preparing to open its doors. Called Taqueria El Infierno, the new taco spot will open at 2205 S Las Vegas Blvd, Suite 100, according to licensing paperwork to submitted to the City of Las Vegas.
Word first got out about Taqueria El Infierno in a Las Vegas Review-Journal roundup last year, when a Coming Soon banner was “seen while whizzing by in the Uber.”
“The taqueria will occupy a second-generation restaurant space on the grounds of the Boulevard Apartments,” said the RJ coverage.
What Now reached out on Wednesday to owner Rubi Reyes to ask about the projected opening for Taqueria El Infierno, as well as the details on its menu. Reyes was not immediately available for comment.
The location sits between the West Cleveland Avenue and West Bob Stupak Avenue intersections, across the street from restaurants like 5 Dollar Cafe and Bar la Luna.
Stay tuned for more details as they are made available.
