Since 2015, Partage, whose name means “sharing,” has been sharing its variety of French wines and dishes like its signature foie gras in the Center at Spring Mountain in Chinatown. The team behind Partage is now gearing up for a new project, Grand Cru, which will offer an elevated take on the same ever-evolving multi-course tasting menu approach.
Partage offers 5-, 7-, 9-course tasting menu options, with menus and wines changing out frequently. Grand Cru will work similarly in an elevated environment with high quality chinaware, silverware, and glassware.
“It’s going to be top French wines,” owner Nicolas Kalpokdjian told What Now Las Vegas on Friday, “with a lot of education about the wine. More in-depth explanation, with information and photos of the vineyards.”
The Center at Spring Mountain is a major Chinatown Las Vegas food and drink destination in its own right, housing popular eateries like HANU Korean BBQ, Kung Fu Thai & Chinese, and (on the sweet side) Gelato Bar.
Grand Cru’s opening date, like any in a not-quite-post-pandemic world, is hard to pin down, but it working towards an opening next to Partage late this August.
