One of the Los Angeles outlets at Pico Blvd. failed the health inspection conducted on April 4. Multiple violations were found at the facility, leading to the decision to close it until everything was rectified.

What Led to the Closure of the Restaurant?

Good retail practices and food safety codes were found to be violated at the Holy Grill. Three major violations were observed. The inspecting officer noticed that proper hot and cold holding temperatures were not maintained for food items. Hot water was not available at the outlet for cleaning purposes.
