Health and Safety Violations Observed During Inspection

The inspection noted that the restaurant’s procedures were not in compliance with applicable health standards. There were multiple violations of the California Health and Safety Code.

The health inspection report mentions that the food safety certification for the facility was missing, and food handlers failed to demonstrate the required knowledge. Rodent and insect presence were the primary violations cited.

Though the restaurant has been ordered to close because of the high risk of food hazards, they still have the chance to eliminate all the violations. Once the restaurant’s operations comply with the expected standards, it will be allowed to reopen.
