Spicy Charm’s latest report by the County of Los Angeles Public Health mentions the following violations:
- The Chinese food facility lacked proper handwashing facilities during the inspection.
- According to the report, proper hot and cold holding temperatures were not maintained.
- The report cited food contact surfaces were not clean and sanitized at the Chinese food establishment.
- Hot and cold water were not available at Spicy Charm, the report also noted.
- The report highlighted that the Chinese food establishment was not following the required guidelines regarding eliminating insects/rodents/birds/animals at restaurants.
- Non-food contact surfaces were dirty during the inspection on Tuesday.
- The restaurant did not follow the requirements for approved equipment/utensils in the area.
- Inadequate lighting and ventilation were noted in the report of the Chinese facility.
- The report mentioned violations of plumbing requirements at the food establishment.
- Garbage was not disposed properly.
