The Woodland Hills Warner Center Neighborhood Council‘s land-use committee on Thursday will review plans for a seven-story, 244-unit mixed-use apartment project in Canoga Park, its meeting agenda this week shows.
First submitted in 2018, project plans are being led by property owner Levine Family Properties LLC, which is calling for a roughly 100-foot-tall mixed-use development to replace an office building at 21201 Victory Boulevard. Named Victory Place, the new project would include 183 conventional apartments and 61 work-live units, along with about 17,000 square feet of office space, plans show.
Designs for the proposed community are being led by project architect Urban Architecture Lab and landscape architect Communitas Design, according to planning documents.
The development would hold 71 studio apartments including 25 work-live units, 135 one-bedrooms including 16 work-live units, and 38 two-bedrooms including 20 work-live units. Studios would have an average size of 538 square feet, ones of 679 square feet, and twos of 1,151 square feet.
The project would provide 219 automobile parking spaces and 156 bicycle spaces between two levels of parking: one underground and one at the ground level.
Planned amenities include a community room, gym, pool, and courtyards.
