Hudson Pacific Properties is redeveloping a six-acre campus once occupied by the NFL Network. The Los Angeles-based real estate firm is taking steps to redevelop the 169,000-square-foot office campus at 10950 Washington Blvd, offering a mix of housing and commercial uses.
Located just west of the intersection between Washington Boulevard and Elenda Street, the new development features 508 apartments, 14,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, and parking for 715 vehicles.
Hudson Pacific is converting the long-standing office property into a mixed-use development with housing, retail, and public gathering spaces. KFA Architecture is the designer for 10950 Washington Boulevard.
Plans call for ground-floor retail, open-air plazas, and updated architectural features along Washington Boulevard. Culver City residents can expect apartments of varying sizes and at various price points.
Balanced Mix of Homes and Amenities
The 10950 Washington Boulevard project dedicates 79 low-income affordable units. With 14,000 square feet of neighborhood-serving retail, the site will include nearly 10,000 square feet of plaza opening to Washington Blvd.
The plans include 114,000 square feet of landscaped open space for both residents and the public. The development will feature 715 parking spaces, including 353 for electric vehicles.
The on-site parking can also accommodate up to 154 bicycles, including public short-term options and private, secure long-term storage options. The property is within walking distance of shops, schools, and recreational facilities.
Located on the south side of Washington Blvd., across from La Ballona Elementary School between Elenda and Huron, the project is within walking distance of recreation amenities, schools, and retail.
