The Green will rise on the Warner Center office park, redeveloping its roughly 120,000-square-foot site. The new plan for the area is submitted to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning, mentioning the seven-story building plan to them. The plan will include 316 residential apartments, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom setups with parking for roughly 300 vehicles in the building.
Koning Eizenberg’s design features a modern aesthetic, with crisp white facades, deep-set windows, and green vertical panels. The U-shaped complex will surround landscaped courtyards and open-air terraces, creating inviting communal spaces.
Affordable Homes for Warner Center
The Green project is designed for low- and moderate-income renters. It provides affordable housing and has two separate manager units. According to public filings, the development is financed through a mix of Affordable Housing Trust Fund and No Place Like Home programs, with HUD Section 8 project-based vouchers supporting a portion of the units.
