A currently undisclosed concept is coming to K-Town at 700 S Western Ave, according to public records. The new restaurant is under development and still in the process of gathering permits.
The owners of the Koreatown eatery have requested that What Now Los Angeles keep the name under wraps as they shore up details. That said, they will likely serve sushi, beer, wine and sake, but the menu and price range has not yet been finalized. It will be open for lunch and dinner.
The yet-to-be-named sushi joint will join a slew of other restaurants under development on Western Ave, including two new concepts at 554 and 558 Western Ave, and Goldi Lounge at 524 Western Ave.
