CAVA is opening its latest location in Ventura, bringing Mediterranean-inspired bowls and a vibrant dining experience to the neighborhood. The opening is accompanied by the brand’s fundraiser and donations that have continued over the years.

The Ventura will soon welcome the latest CAVA location at 1788 S Victoria Ave. Offering delicious Mediterranean flavors, the brand is known for its warmth and hospitality. With an aim to create connections through food, the first CAVA opened in 2010.

The brand was founded by CEO Brett Schulman, Ike Grigoropoulos, Chef Dimitri Moshovitis, and Ted Xenohristos. Now, the brand has expanded to over 400 restaurants across the country, where people are enjoying the delicious food offered at CAVA.

CAVA also stands out for its commitment to giving back to local communities and supporting its employees. The brand opens in various locations through fundraisers for local causes.

It also creates a good working environment for its team of local people, offering them support and other benefits. It includes paid time off, healthcare, early wage access, an Employee Assistance Program, and free mental health support.

The menu at CAVA includes bowls, pitas, dips, and dressings. Some of the store’s favorite bowls include Spicy Lamb + Sweet Potato, Greens + Grains, and more. The Harissa Avocado, Falafel Crunch, and Greek Salad bowls are other noteworthy Mediterranean bowls available.

CAVA’s Greek Chicken pita, Steak + Feta pita, and Build Your Own Pita are some of the beloved options. Visitors have also loved the side red pepper hummus, tzatziki, roasted eggplant, and side harissa.

Ahead of its February 13, 2026, opening, CAVA will host a free meal for the Ventura community and match donations to local causes up to $1,000.

Since 2019, the brand has raised more than $600,000 in donations. These are targeted at improving food security in local communities. For the Ventura opening, CAVA is raising funds for Food Cycle LA.

With its flavorful menu and focus on community giving, CAVA’s new Ventura location is poised to become a go-to neighborhood destination.
