Los Angeles will welcome a new breakfast hotspot on October 25 as West Hollywood Breakfast Company opens its doors with a variety of breakfast favorites. The menu includes a variety of waffles, pancakes, and French toast, paired with extensive breakfast cocktails.
New Breakfast Spot Arrives in West Hollywood
West Hollywood Breakfast Company, backed by Rise & Shine Hospitality Group, located on Santa Monica Boulevard, will host a two-day soft opening from October 25 to 26.
During the soft opening, 100% of all food and beverage sales, including alcohol, will benefit Project Angel Food, an LA-based nonprofit that provides medically tailored meals to critically ill patients. Soft Opening Reservations
Reservations are required to attend the soft opening at West Hollywood Breakfast Company. To reserve a spot, guests can fill out forms for the respective dates of October 25 and October 26.

Rise & Shine Hospitality Founder and CEO Johan Engman commented on the opening of West Hollywood Breakfast Company. Menu Highlights and Dining Experience
West Hollywood Breakfast Company offers classic breakfast and brunch favorites with inventive flavors and creative spins on traditional dishes. The menu offers Chilaquiles Suizos, Fried Rice Bennie, Cali Burrito, Japanese Spicy Chicken Sando, and Sweet Chili Shrimp & Grits. All the dishes are made with pasture-raised eggs sourced locally from Vital Farms.
For those with a sweet tooth, the menu includes waffles and pancakes such as S’mores, Orange Thyme, Buttermilk Cornmeal, Banana Bread, and Tiramisu, along with French toast options like Churro, Peach Almond, and Crème Brûlée. The restaurant further offers a unique option to the guests, the Breakfast Co. Flight, allowing them to mix and match three waffles, pancakes, or French toast.
Vegan and gluten-free options include the Vegan Benedict, Vegan Breakfast Sammie, and Seven Grain Bowl. Coffee offerings feature nitro cold brews, lattes, and matcha.
Beyond Bloody Mary, sparkling wine, and other creative breakfast cocktail options, the breakfast joint also includes Rise & Shine with vodka, lime, orange juice, bitters, and ginger beer; Wake Up, a coffee whiskey blend with vanilla, chocolate oat milk, and cold brew; and the Breakfast Shot, combining Irish whiskey, orange juice, butterscotch liqueur, and bacon.
