A brand new sports bar and lounge called MVP Lounge is getting ready to open in Inglewood at 10023 S. Prairie Ave.

The new concept is set to open in the current home of Liquor Warehouse across the street from Intuit Dome, according to a liquor license application. While co-owner Dominic Antonini couldn’t provide What Now Los Angeles with an opening date, he says this concept will be a combination of a sports bar and lounge, featuring live music on days that don’t have sporting events. While details are scarce, Antonini says this concept, which he is opening with his best friend, will likely open in either March or April.

Once this project is completed, it will be the closest bar to the new Clippers arena at Intuit Dome. The arena recently opened its doors to basketball fans for the first time when the Los Angeles Clippers hosted a preseason game against the Dallas Mavericks in October. While the Clippers 2024-2025 season recently kicked off, fans will be delighted to know they will have a new place to hang out before or after games by next Spring. Customers can expect plenty of beer, wine, and other alcoholic drinks, while there will be a handful of TVs to watch sporting events.

This will be an excellent location for this new sports bar/ lounge’s debut. In addition to being the closest bar to Intuit Dome, MVP Lounge is also near Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas, Inglewood IMAX, Hollywood Park Casino, and a handful of hotels, giving the business even more foot traffic. It’s unclear if any food will be served at this new bar, but the addition could prove highly successful for the owners, considering the only places to get food nearby are Starbucks, Jack in the Box, and McDonalds.
