All-You-Can-Eat Hot Pot Slated for Cerritos

Seapot, a hot pot restaurant franchise, has inked a lease in the Diamond Crest Plaza in Cerritos. An opening date has not yet been announced.

Chen Bin Huang is listed as a managing partner for this location. Huang also appears to be associated with several restaurants throughout California, including Seapot locations in Sacramento, Daly City and San Mateo, two Supreme Crab seafood restaurants in the Bay Area, and Q Pot in San Jose.

“Seapot restaurant is a unique, hands-on all-you-can-eat with conveyor belt dining experience that merges traditional Asian Hot Pot with Korean BBQ flavors, plus modernized with a bar,” says their website.

Seapot prides itself on providing the freshest meat, veggies, and live seafood, enabling their customers to have a traditional Chinese hot pot experience. They have various locations in California, as well as Troy, Michigan and Plano, Texas. 

Huang did not offer further details about the new location at this time.
